This includes uploading your artwork and music to our music store and international music stores as well. NOTE: Each publication (album or single) costs R400.

Login and Download the Distribution Agreement



  • Once you have purchased your registration...
  • Login to your Onesto Music Account.
  • Go to the Downloads and find the
          Distribution Agreement and
          List of Works Document.
  • Print, fill in and sign the agreements.
  • You an either fax it to us: on 086 204 7250,
          or email it to us.

    Preferred Audio requirements:
  • file format must be .wav, .mp3 or .flac
          (.wav is preferred)
  • We will accept any filesize, however certain
          IDS require us to downsample.

    • Preferred Artwork requirements:
  • file format must be .jpg/.jpeg
  • file size must be no larger than 5Mb
  • image dimensions should be at least
          3000 x 3000 pixels
  • We do however accept any images.
  • Send us what you have and we will assist
          to comply to IDS standards

    In order for you protect your music AND to get all the royalties and paybacks from the music industry you are required to register at the various companies/organizations:

    The necessary forms you need to complete are all listed below.

    Remember, it is one of our requirements that you are registered with all of them.

    SAMRO EFT PAYMENTS

    In order for SAMRO to pay your Distribution Royalties via “Electronic Funds Transfer” (EFT), kindly complete all forms and either:
    1. Deliver the form to SAMRO (SAMRO Place, 20 De Korte Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg,Gauteng Province), or
    2. Fax to 086 674 4391, or
    3. E-mail to customerservices@samro.org.za

    • Attach letter from the bank to confirming your bank account
