1. Onesto Music (PTY) Ltd. 2015/125025/07 is a registered business operating from 3 Pieter Street, Brackenhurst, Alberton.

2. Until a purchase is made, Onesto Music reserves the right to change the pricing on behalf of our client.

3. Gift Vouchers or Coupons are not redeemable for cash.

4. Dates established on Pre-orders may change without prior indication. In the event that a product is discontinued prior to launch, Onesto Music will refund the client in full.

5. By creating your account, you agree that only you will access the said account and downloads. By sharing your account details with another party can lead to your account being suspended and will be deemed that the product may have been unlawfully distributed.

6. By confirming your order, you are legally bound to the following terms and conditions, including the downloading of Free Music.
a.Onesto Music may embed your order number into the downloadable content to track any unauthorised distribution on the internet.
b.Onesto Music is licensed by all the pertaining Record Labels or Artists to sell said media.
c.The Media purchased is only for private use and may not be redistributed, sold, transmitted or broadcasted.
d.All sales are non-refundable.
e.All media remains the copyright from the executive producer of the said record label or independent artist.
f.All payments are handled by a 3rd Party Provider, PayFast, a registered company within South Africa. No Credit card or payment details are stored with Onesto Music.
g.You are authorised to use your chosen payment gateway/details and agree that Onesto Music can’t be held liable in any way for any misuse of payment details in which you were not authorised to use.
h.From time of purchase, a download is available for only 72 hours.
